The heart of the main level is the open-concept great room and chef's kitchen — soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a 6-burner gas range, pot filler, dual refrigerators, and custom cabinetry built for serious cooking. The dining area seats 16, and the live edge window ledge bar sets the perfect scene for morning coffee or an evening pour while the wooded surroundings do their work outside.

The lower level is where Firefly delivers its signature luxury experience. A heated indoor pool with lounge area keeps the fun going rain or shine. A private sauna for the adults who've earned a proper unwind. A state-of-the-art theater room with oversized reclining seats and a 9-foot screen for movie nights that actually feel cinematic. A game room stacked with a pool table, shuffleboard, and multicade games. A dedicated twin XL bunk room for the kids with its own full bath — keeping the little ones entertained while the adults reclaim their peace. Two queen sleeper sofas handle any overflow with ease.
OUTSIDE
Firefly's outdoor setting is private and deeply wooded — a genuine escape from the outside world wrapped in the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains. A built-in stone fire pit and 7-person hot tub anchor the lower patio, the covered deck above is built for slow mornings and late evenings, and the surrounding trees give the whole property a sense of seclusion that guests feel the second they pull in. Indoor fireplaces are active late September through April 1st, adding a warm seasonal dimension to an already exceptional retreat.
